I had the same issue not too long ago, and I managed to fix it. I posted the fix on a couple of threads where people were having the same problem, so I have copied and pasted what I put: I had the exact same issue, with SKSE the y axis was locked in third person mode if I was moving or in combat. I manually uninstalled every mod I had to see if any of those were causing the problem, to no avail. Do you have immersiveFP installed? If so, uninstall it and delete it. This might not rid you of the problem completely. I had uninstalled it also, and deleted all it's files, but the problem still prevailed. Thinking about the fact that it only had the issue in SKSE however, I saw that with the installation of the mod comes a plugin for SKSE. You can find it in: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins. The little bugger is called FirstPersonPlugin.dll. Simply delete this file, and everything will work out ok!

There are a couple of things you can do to fix this, if you haven't already tried it. First off, I recommend downloading TES5EDIT, a superb tool that will help you clean all your master files in Skyrim to delete all the unnecessary clutter that is clogging up your scripts. I could try and explain it, but I won't do it the justice Gopher does in this video: Watch it, and do exactly what he says. I found that stripped down my CTD's to almost 0. Essentially what these do is increase the allocation of memory Skyrim has, which prevents it from glitching or crashing anywhere near as much. I had near constant CTDs recently, and after I used TES5EDIT and the CTD and Memory Patch ENB Boost, I have had only 1 CTD in 20 hours of playthrough. Hope this helps.

Hi guys, I'm really having issues with transforming into a vampire lord. After activating the power, the flash effect will happen, followed by the sound. However, nothing will happen after that for at least 2 minutes. Then the flash will happen again, followed by the animation for the transformation, which I will be stuck in for at least 30 seconds. Finally I will transform into a vampire lord, but I won't be able to use my vampire lord powers for another minute or two, I instead have whatever spell I had equipped whilst I was still mortal. When I finally get my powers, I only have drain life, not reanimate corpse, and if I use bats, I randomly teleport into a wall then turn invisible. If I want to revert back, it takes me a good 3 minutes of floating around before I will turn back into my regular self. As you can imagine, this is really frustrating. I've been scouring the interwebs, and can't really find the solution. This problem has been posted here before, about a year ago, and the user found that one of his mods was conflicting. I know I'm not the only person who has had this bug, so if anyone knows any way to fix this, it would be brilliant. It has made dawnguard practically unplayable as a result.
