For some reason looking at some directions skyrim makes the game stutters alot and it seems like i have about 5 fps. But its not a fps problem. Because when i stand stil or go to 3d person view everything is normal. When i load in, the game also runs fine, after about 5 seconds the stutter kicks in. It only stutters in first person view, in some directions and apears to be random. The problem is absent in windowed mode.
I have looked at all treads and online help panels, tried everything but nothing works. It doesnt matter if i run on the lowest settings or ultra. Vsync on or off. I dont run any mods and the latest drivers are installed.
System: Ryzen 5 3d gen, thomahawk max, R9 290x, 16gb ram and a 970 evo pro.
I would really appreciate any help.
