Some Dude from Reddit replied this to me: If you know the cell name then load your entire load order in xEdit and then check what mod(s) are editing that cell then disable it and see what happens, that's where I'd start at anyrate. I am quitting my Playthrought thought because I wait for the release from Skyrim Togehter in order to play it with my friends. But maybe it can help you.

I am experiencing a ctd when I try to go to ivarstead. Its driving me insane. There is a invisible Cell-Border, and after you try to cross this Border the game Crashes. Can anyone help me to fix this?
