Actually you would be allowed, since ironically, the mods 'belong' to the makers of witcher 3, not the mod makers. It's just people just don't like that idea. How large witcher 3 is, i'm really surprised how 'dead' the nexus witcher 3 is. It seems far larger than skyrim even dreamed of being.

I've seen some OLD mods that auto level up witcher and unique gear. but almost none of them are compatible for 1.31. One that says for 1.31 OVER LEVELS levels stuff making them impossible to use. Anyone could update one that works for 1.31 (with all dlc) without over leveling. Or maybe at least, all upgrades diagrams for the player, still have to be a certain level to use them.

Ouch no answer at all. Well, I found out anyway. Somehow the program was still pointing to skyrim which was no longer installed. Had to uninstall and reinstall to fix it.

I have steam witcher 3 game of the year version, NMM tell me witcher 3 is not on my computer, even though i've been playing it for some hours now. Anyone know why it can't find it? Even pointing manually to the folder doesn't help......... HELP!!!!

Cass only has the option to sell the caravan. Not even voiced. Any ideas what is from or what broke it?

Not too bright are you purr4me? Just because you have a cached version (or the extreme rare amount of ppl that can connect), doesn't magically allow everyone else to connect. Here in the east usa, we have ZERO access to newvegas, but fallout 3 nexus can be opened. Again, i see plenty of threads, including this one of ppl having issues. DOS attack on the site. btw, to be used by a robot, i would have to disable a few firewalls, remove anti-virus and anti-malware programs to even allow that crap on my computer, much less get used by it. Bother learning how that actually works, and stop just trying to make it up.

Yes it is. That is why people are posting all over the forums about it....SURPRISE!!! I keep checking every few minutes, no response at all.

I've tried getting nv nexus today, still cannot get the site up after several tries. Maybe the steam summer sell is affecting it.

The game maker will make it the way THEY want, not the gamers. Instead modders are going to be the ones to 'add' to the game.

Seems a lot of ppl having issues with nv, but the fallout 3 nexus loads fine. go figure.

I did send a PM and got a reply. Still waiting to recieve any file. I would really like to have the newest version. I'm still using 1.0.
