Wow thanks. That worked. Care to explain what was going on?

Indoor environments render fine and the top half of the screen renders fine. Just everything below character's head is just black. If I move the camera up towards the sky, eventually everything gets rendered, if I move the camera down towards the ground, eventually entire screen is black. Screenshots: Bottom half of screen is black. In water. Camera looking up. Attached my Skyrim.ini (called skyrim-ini.txt because won't let me upload .ini files) file because I think that might be the source of the problem. I downloaded a lot of texture/model mods following the instructions on RealVision ENB mod.
