Hi, so my save game has become irrevocably broken. I had a few mods I installed about a month ago on a new character and played on and on with zero issues. Then a little thing called dragonborn came out. I made a save right as I got to Solstheim that was 8.44mb. I played through most of Dragonborn and then I started noticing random lag spikes and what not. Saving the game would take maybe a minute. So I did some investigating and my save game had bloated to a whopping 78mbs. Upon very investigation I found out that Sounds of Skyrim apparently sometimes causes massive save bloat. So I followed the instructions on how to safely uninstall SoS and then I made another save. Down from ~80mbs to 42. I though I had fixed it and that my save game would eventually go back to normal. I was not so lucky. Now I get CTD's whenever I try to leave the building I was in. So I figured it was something within Dragonborn. so I teleported back to skyrim, I was able to play for approx 45 seconds before I got another CTD. At this point I'm 4 days later with 0 progress. I don't want to go back to my save before I started DB because 1. I've gained 10 levels since then and 2. If I don't know what caused the problem I don't see any reason why it won't happen again on my previous save. So what brings me here is I was wondering if there is a way I can just create a new character and then through console commands complete all of the qeusts I previously did. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
