apparently, there is no known way to accomplish this. really, it is the leveling system that needs modification i've found out that it's impossible to purchase a trainer early in the game to train before leveling, because purchasing five training/skill sessions will just bump you up to the next level. for the first fifteen levels, you'll just be buying training sessions and leveling

uh, like, if you click the 'z' key, the first word is shouted but if you click and hold the 'z' key for a split second, it shouts the first and second word the tutorial is horrible about explaining this, and it's only after eliminating all the possible theories that i stumbled upon the solution. it took me a few minutes to figure it out also

i have this problem also with skyrim, and posted a question, but no one can answer it found another post with the same problem, and it wasn't answered either

someone said something about cot interiors and rt interiors it isn't just the sound, items get tossed about, and flung across the room

strange stuff happens outside, like if i kill a dragon and restore, its bones fall from the sky
