I have the same problem. I have to hold down the attack button for 3-4 seconds

I had a friend help me out. I had to edit a different file than i thought i had to edit and now everything is working.

Okay, I understand that some mods conflict with each other and the vary basics like that. I have the NMM downloaded and installed. I am trying to use 3 different mods: Cloaks of Skyrim by Noodles, Apocalypse Spell Package by Enai Siaion and JaySuS Swords by JaySuS. I have followed the instructions given and loaded them into the correct folder. For Cloaks of Skyrim I understand that you only use one of the 3 files for reasons explained in the instructions. But my problem is that I can not get any of the mods to load into the game.
