I give up trying to fix Downtown Boston FPS drop. Those drop made my game so choppy and I couldn't stand it anymore so I concede to the true final boss of Fallout 4. I need a pointer on how to cap it at 30 please.

Is there a mod where in the dialogue you would see your character's face first before making a dialogue choice? For example, something like Baldur's Gate 3 dialogue. It is kind of a waste making a pretty character but not being able to see their faces.

I disabled half of the mod I installed and I still crash my game. Interestingly though my older save, like an hour ago saves, can use crafting bench just fine. That is until I craft more clothing that I wanted to try out then that save is broken too. So what's going on here?

Can I delete the fallout4 folder cause it's too big and I want other things on my computer. I'm not talking appdata\roaming\vortex\downloads\fallout4 I've already deleted those files I'm talking about appdata\roaming\vortex\fallout4\mods. Will it break my game?
