Post your load order, are there any other mods that change the textures of these items that are giving you issues? Secondly, try disabling mods and trying that out until you find a conflict.

Vertify your files via steam first, this was a significant issue with me and that pretty much solved it. Also, have you tested each mod and layered the testing after that? If a works, the ill activate b, then c, et cetra. It may be tedious, but I had to do it for weeks to get my 200+ plugins running.

If its unmodded, kudos to you! I literally drop to 5-15 fps with the mods I run until I hit a certain area, then my game crashes.
