I think this is the main problem NoBuildLimits.esp , "Completely removes all height and boundary limits on settlements." "The Green boundary wall will still look like normal but you will be able to build past it." This should be your problem as it totally removes Settlement boundaries I hope this helps solve your problem One other thing I noticed in your mod list is that you have all of these Scrap Everything esp's, Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition.esp=1 Scrap Everything - Core.esp=1 Scrap Everything - Automatron.esp=1 Scrap Everything - Far Harbor.esp=1 Scrap Everything - Nuka World.esp=1 Scrap Everything - Vault-Tec Workshop.esp= The problem that i see is that Scrap Everything Ultimate is all the esp's combined in one . It is Core ,Automatron ,Far Harbor ,Nuka World ,Vault Tec Workshop, all in one , so you should only have Ultimate by Itself without all the other esp,s If you run LOOT to check it will tell you the same thing . Below is the direct quote from the Scrap Everything Nexus page "Can do any combination of DLC. Install using NMM (has a FOMOD) (contains "Ultimate Edition", which is just all the plugins combined into one)" This is probably not directly causing your problem, but I don't think it is helping . I was wondering if there has been any thought to adding a button in the user area /view your download history area/ download history file /rating button,that could be activated by the user, that would indicate the mod author has additional instructions or thoughts for making his mod work properly .(Or am I just being too lazy ?) I am working on re installing F3,and FNV ,Skyrim & Skyrim SE (To name a few) for some new run throughs and am finding that a ton of the mods need more than just reinstalling with my mod manager's and since it has been a few years on some of the game's this would be very handy for me and I would expect most modders would appreciate it Anyway just a thought . I noticed last night that the mod Falskaar for Skyrim SE does not show up in searches and on the page where it should be under Skyrim /NewLands/Falskaar it is not there but by accident i found it Falskaar by AlexanderJVelicky Skyrim Special Edition » New Lands and i have now downloaded it from here but it still is not showing under a search for Falskaar or on the page Skyrim Special Edition New lands The only tag blockers i have are language's other than english How ever this one in German does show up even though it should not since it is in German Falskaar - Deutsch - German by AlexanderJVelicky - Deutsch von Stefanu und regenschein Skyrim Special Edition » New Lands Just thought you should know about this glitch

I can't log into nexus mod manager .I am logged in here with no problem but it keeps saying that my NMM login info is incorrect. I deleted my old NMM and reinstalled it but it still won't let me in .Hmm well i downloaded the latest version of NMM and it let me log on fine ,so i guess im golden so far
