Hi I'm pretty new to modding Fallout 4 and forum. I wanted to do a new playthrough with mods so I followed a guide and installed mods for this new playthrough. At first I was stuck at not being able to exit the Cryochamber and Nora would disappear for her chamber. After I removed all ini files and let them recreate themselves I was able to get past this. I thought it was fixed so I added back Fallout4Custom.ini, but then the bugs started again to where quests don't progress like being stuck with Codsworth even though I talked to him and texture problems. I've uninstalled all my mods and ran it and the problem persists. It is only when I delete all ini files that the game creates Fallout4.ini and prefs that the game runs fine. Once I add back Custom ini file manually or through deploying vortex it messes with all 3 ini files and the bugs come back.
