@rhn That's the general idea, keep downloading and downloading. Rather then expecting a fix "soon". Just download what you need to download until it actually goes through. Would be mighty respected to actually get a useful response from staff. Nexus will get a new premium when the issue has been obliterated.

This is the second thread, I made one before it with 2 pages+ of people saying the same thing. Dark0ne suggested he will fix it "soon", however that was over 3 weeks ago, if not more. Instead of fixing the issue with implementing download recovery (The very least that could be done to fix this issue besides actually....fixing it.) He adds more portals to games that are considered dead, and have a small fan base. Such the term "Cult Classic". For 3+ weeks all I do is just continue to download guys, try to download first time it'll fail, second time it'll fail, maybe 12 times. But eventually after a dozen downloads you might get the whole file. It certainly is rare, but it's the only thing you can do since Nexus has a monopoly over modding. This is not because of any internet connection, everyone I know has this issue. People on my thread had the same issue. Dark0ne has talked about this issue. So like I said, just keep trying to download. The servers will most likely not be fixed within the next few weeks, maybe longer. I attempted to ask what general time the new servers would be released and all that could be said was "soon". Which is very meaning of relative.

Let's not talk about the debatable need of firewalls/AV. (Small Client Technician Here) Anyways, This download overhaul has yet to been activated, it's still hell to download. Constant Interruptions. I guess it doesn't matter whether you are a free user, or a premium. They still have yet to release it. Or assist with these issues.

@solocord Same issue here. @Fainter Sort of side stepping the issue here Fainter. The issue is the download servers disconnection/timeout's. The issue has been proven to exist, and being experienced by numerous users. I myself have attempted multiple networks, multiple computers, and multiple OS's. In simple words: This is not a client side issue, rather a server side. Once the new server side updates to downloads begin, this issue will become non-existent. As download timeouts are recoverable from that point.

Obviously this is a issue where I am having a harder time then others due to my specific network situation, but this issue has been mentioned MULTIPLE times by Dark0ne. "This will now *fingers crossed* mean that if you get cut-off or the server drops half way through your download you'll be able to resume it from where you left off. " -Dark0ne "I’ve just sent in a request for an additional 2 US file servers to lighten the load on these, increase the download speeds and hopefully stop any of the connectivity issues that have plagued the servers in the past 5 days. The coders are busy working on tweaking everything as best they can." -Dark0ne I am just interested in finding out when the new download system is being released, no specifics required rather what is meant by "soon" as it is extremely relative and I have a few mods I would just die to download right now =) Days? I currently cannot use the download system at all. I have attempted using: NMM Orbit Firefox Chrome Pale Moon DownThemAll Every other site I try to download from it works without issue, when I attempt to download using Nexus, no matter what application I will receive a interrupted download, and a incomplete archive. Only files less then a MB or so can be finished without a issue. I really would like to know when this "new" download system will be released. It was stated it will be released "Soon"... What is soon? Soon is extremely relative. Could be a few months, A few weeks, less then a week, a day, a hour, 30 minutes... Any estimate? Or suggested fix? I have tested all servers. All give the same issues.
