Same here. Wtf?

Ok, so installed fallout new vegas on my laptop, started a new game for a few minutes and then installed a few basic mods like Willow, Perk every level, NVAC, no problems at all. Then i try to install Fallout character overhall and the game crashes when i try to get to the menu. The game will start up but crash if i press enter at the title screen. I uninstalled it at it worked again, however the same thing happened when i then installed the Enclave laser rifle. I'm so confused.. I'm running windows 10, loading mods with NMM, NVSE installed and the laptop has a dedicated GPU. I haven't seen this problem before. Can anyone help?
