  1. That makes perfect sense, thank you very much for your time, and also explaining to me why it's fine where it is! I honestly thought that might be the case, but I recognize that I'm still very much an amateur (and had not used Vortex before at all), so thought I should definitely ask folks that know more than myself. I'm going to mark my topic as solved, I'm not familiar enough with Nexus's forums to know if that will allow any further replies, but if it does, and anyone feels there's anything more I should know, I'll continue to check the topic for activity. Thanks again for the help, it's much appreciated!
  2. Hi, I read through the "How To Ask For Support", so hopefully I'm asking correctly, and in the correct place! Vortex version: 1.0.0 System Specs: I5 7600k, 8GB system Ram, Radeon R9 280x 3GB GPU, Windows 10 build 1903 (fully updated), Fallout 4 and All DLC on Steam (also fully updated). This is my first time using Vortex, I have a clean, new install of Fallout 4 and DLC, and also started a new game (with no mods ran yet) saved directly after exiting Vault 111. I'm using 27 mods (8 are retextures that don't have plugins). I installed Vortex, and my mods, with no problems, and had Vortex sort them. My Load Order looks good (to me, an amateur), with the possible exception of Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition.ESP. Vortex's Autosort wants to put it before "Better Settlers" (and Better Settlers related files. My concern is, I read on Scrap Everything's Mods page: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5320/? that it seems important for it, and it's related file (BuildingGroundFix.ESP) to be placed last in my Load Order, but I'm not sure how to do that. Is Vortex (and LOOT) correct that it's fine above "Better Settlers"? If not, could someone please explain to me how to move Scrap Everything (and building fix) to the end of the Load Order? Here's my current Load Order: 00) Fallout4 ESM 01) DLCRobot ESM 02) DLC Workshop 01 ESM 03) DLCCoast ESM 04) DLC Workshop 02 ESM 05) DLC Workshop 03 ESM 06) DLC NukaWorld ESM 07) Unofficial Fallout 4 patch 08) Homemaker.ESM 09) TrueStormsFO4.ESM 0A) Homemaker-Streetlights Use Passive Power 0B) AzarPonytailHairstyles.ESP 0C) TrueStormsFO4-Earlier Sunsets.ESP 0D) TrueStormsFO4-Far Harbor.ESP 0E) TrueStormsF04-Earlier SunsetsFH.ESP 0F) TrueStormsF04-NukaWorld-FH.ESP 10) Eli Armour Compendium.ESP 11) Vertibird Faction Paint Schemes.ESP 12) CBBE.ESP 13) Cross_EyePatch.ESP 14) CWSS Redux.ESP 15) Horror Posters 16) KSHairdos.ESP 17) LoveToCraftLegendary_SwapOnly.ESP 18) LoveToCraftLegendary_SwapOnly_Automatron.ESP 19) LoveToCraftLegendary_SwapOnly_FarHarbor.ESP 1A) LoveToCraftLegendary_SwapOnly_NukaWorld.ESP 1B) OCDecorator.ESP 1C) OCDecoratorDLC.ESP 1D) OCDispenser.ESP 1E) Smoke-able Cigars.ESP 1F) BuildingGroundFix.ESP 20) Vivid Fallout - All In One - Best Choice.ESP 21) Scrap Everything - Ultimate Editon.ESP 22) BetterSettlers.ESP 23) BetterSettlersNoLollygagging.ESP 24) BetterSettlersCleanFacesPack.ESP 25) BetterSettlersCCAPack2.0.ESP 26) BetterSettlersMortalSoldiersPack.ESP I read all that I could find about Load Order in Vortex, Scrap Everything seems to have it's own Group (Scrap Everything), so I wasn't certain if I should mess with it's Group setting. I also tried establishing a rule to get Scrap Everything to load after Better Settlers, but got a "Plugins not sorted because of cyclic rules" until I removed the rule. Thank very much in advance for any help and info anyone can give me. This Load Order issue is the only snag I've run into, but didn't want to fire up my game until I was sure I have my Load Order sorted correctly. Also, I'm very sorry if I have given too much information, or have left any crucial info out (if so, just let me know!).
  3. This is my concern (I mentioned it in a different topic here on Nexus as well). I currently use a 250GB SSD. It was either this, or get a larger, but slower HDD when I got my new rig, and frankly, I wanted the speed of the SSD. Honestly, 250GB is fine for me until I can afford an additional drive, but that's because I'm very careful of how much stuff I install. Obviously, I use mods (which is why I'm on Nexus), but that's the thing, I only install the mods I'm going to use, and even keep that to a reasonable number. I really can't afford for space to be taken up by stuff I have no intention of using. I'm just not the type to have stuff on my drive I'm not using even if I could afford the space. I really hope the assets for every mod to go on Creation Club isn't going to be preloaded onto my rig, because I just can't afford the space for that, and won't be able to have Fallout 4 (you know, the game I paid money for) installed on my system.
  4. This is what concerns me, enough for this to be my first post on Nexus. I use a 250GB SSD. Honestly, it's enough for my needs until I can afford a second drive, but I definitely can't afford to have several gigs worth of stuff I'm not using. I'm on Nexus, so obviously, I use mods. The big problem with Creation Club (for me) is that I really can't afford to have space taken up (and lots of it) by things I won't be using. I don't have the space for that, and even if I did, I'm just not the type of person to have stuff on my rig I won't be using.
