I used to have a similar problem. Try running Skyrim with no mods, then slowly add mods. I've found that Skyrim freaks out when you throw a bunch of mods. Try adding one or two, then run Skyrim. Then continue adding more, but only a couple at a time. If this doesn't work then I've got nothing for you.

So a while back I uninstalled Skyrim because I wasn't playing it. I recently got back into it and wanted to reinstall the old mods I had, many of which require SKSE. Every time I try to install it, the install doesn't do it right. I tried changing to the folder it went to and it didn't do any better. Whenever it's installed it says it's done, but nothing shows up in the data folder. Could anyone help?
