the "More Hotkeys Please" mod checks for the skse version per the MHP_Write.pex file. In that .psc file you can see the check around line 775 or so, but you can't compile it because of the "errors" that you get. Is anyone able to fix this (mod author gives permission at the bottom of the description page) check to let us get it up and running with skse 1.7? I don't know if I should fix the errors or if there is another way. Since it won't let us compile any of the .psc files (that have already been compiled into the .pex files) i was hoping that there was an easy fix for it. Any help would be appreciated by a lot of folks

By now most people are used to the dial-up feeling the nexus sites are known for. Reminds me of the 90s every time i come here and a page takes 15 seconds to load after a link failed 5 times. It's retro. I have that feeling when I get in my 1991 Honda Accord too. It's all good.

750kb/s isn't slow enough to convince someone that it's worthwhile to support this site. if it would benefit the nexus to REDUCE the basic speeds for people who don't contribute much then why not do it? the average person on here can't even find or read the readme, so they're not gonna notice a difference in 350mb/s and 750mb/s, armor compilations will be "slow" to them still and small mods will be nearly instant. of course if the nexus doesn't benefit from this reduction, what's the point, but the basic speeds are just too good. i'd not complain about a thing even with 250mb/s speeds if i wasn't generating ANY money for the site. i think the server errors are more annoying

yes they breathe. their blood circulates too. there is no benefit to circulation of blood without breathing and how do you kill a vampire? stop that heart. undead doesn't mean dead, it literally means between dead and alive. it's not a literal reference. zombies don't breathe, vampires do

Warzone Civil Unrest Doesn't Seem to Work

yeah you have more problems when you play on hacked versions of games. that sounds like your problem. you've avoided answering where you're getting these updates that you simply can't get from steam and there is only one reason to do that. you didn't buy your game -
haven't had any mannequins move in months. thought they had fixed that bug. the mod that fixes it is around but if you're not updated past 1.4 then that may be your fix because i've logged 200 hours since 1.5 hit and haven't seen one move yet

Mods Causes Skyrim to shut down
Deleted4621232User replied to Cooloscar's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
you need to do a lot of reading about how to properly download and set the load order of mods. if someone answers this one question perfectly you'll run into a problem later and ask another question and you can save yourself time by just reading up on the basics. 15 mins of reading and you'll know enough to be dangerous -

on topic: yes there are a handful of new quests/zones to try out, some are very high quality and interesting. off topic: navmesh bug is worse than ever since 1.6 for me. instead of an issue every few days, i get a few issues every day. i've spent as much time bumping into people to try to "jump start" them back into their scripted movement as i have playing the game it's horrible. 1.6 is complete garbage. didn't fix the navmesh bug, added in some other bug that isn't really triggered by anything in particular but will refuse to use the VRAM, memory and GPU power at its disposal feels like sometimes i'm trying to run skyrim on a computer i had in the mid 90s. it's worse than when skyrim and nvidia were clashing and kicking the card into low-power mode and giving you 405mhz of power to utilize until you restart like everything bethesda, 1.6 was thrown out there for someone else to fix

DO NOT USE BETTER HORSES it's a dead mod right now and completely inferior in every way to CONVENIENT HORSES. that + UFO will take care of your horse + follower's horses needs and even plays well with horse armor mods better horses just hasn't been updated in months and while it still does what it was meant to do, it's just outdated and if you use UFO, 5 followers trying to ride from point A to point B is an unmitigated disaster. convenient horses just has more options and everything i could think of was included and i love it. really an underrated mod i recently made the swap and there is no reason whatsoever to use better horses ever again. convenient horses does everything better and on top of that, does more. also i sent you a PM with a list of basic but game-changing mods. if you'll tell me your computer specs i can get you some custom .ini files made so you can avoid having to spend days playing with settings

you need to read. an hour of reading would save you days of frustration you need to look at your skyrim folder without ANY mods in it. you need to see what is there so you know what to remove later (if necessary, most mods uninstall completely via NMM) because right now you're doing it wrong and expecting positive results and that just never happens people who refuse to do their research so they know what they're doing are running modders off from this scene. you really shouldn't touch a mod at all until you know the simple stuff like what the subfolders are all for, what core files are, what the .ini templates are, and what you need to do to "start fresh" because deleting everything and redownloading isn't it you should never have to redownload the game. the main files aren't altered in any way by modding and are 95% of what you download. they can't be accidentally altered in any way the stuff in the folders inside your skyrim folder can be deleted and redownloaded in 2-5 mins. that's the stuff you can get rid of if you're wanting a fresh install. right now you are your own worst enemy. skyrim with mods is 100% worth it.

yeah it's been done partially by a few people who never finished their mods. there is a vid on youtube where a guy got started a few months back but never did anything else, in it you can see underwater combat but he never says how

maybe dynavision could do what you want it's a mod here

that's exactly what i did without the jumping bonus but mine didn't work so i must have ticked something or did something stupid i overlooked glad to know it works though, gonna see if i can get mine working tomorrow now that i know i'm not wasitng my time, probably best not to work on it at 4am though, might be my problem in the first place, thanks I started with just movement speed and I guess we had the same problem cause I tested it with +50% speed but it didn't apply despite showing up in Active. I had made a new magic effect, so I didn't really know what to check off, but I looked at other ability effects like waterbreathing for Argonians and eventually got it working. yeah yours worked exactly like it should, install and you run faster without any of that stuff to trigger it that made mine so clanky. wish the CK had tooltips on mouseover for a lot of those options

UFO does it perfectly ultimate followers overhaul the options you get are you CAN put your followers on horses, or you CAN make them essential/non-essential, etc. if you don't want to you can just install and invite up to 15 people to your party and play

i can get a spell that you cast to increase speed easily, that's fine is there a way to create a magic effect or enchantment that you can then set as a default racial ability so that race A walks faster than race B and if i need a script to do that, any help there would be great since i'm not big on scripting
