The simplest I've found: Unequip or equip commands. Tilde key for console, touch cursor to target whoever, whatever, Type in 'inv' (without the ' ') to bring up targeted objects complete inventory. Type in: unequipitem then leave a space, then the code number, then enter. or Type in: equipitem then leave a space, then the code number, then enter.
