"I" would put major mods/dlc's first (with their respected-patches), following by content-additions, followed by texture additions. Appears you may have 'over-lapping' mods (mods that are similar or have similar-effects) As well, it appears that 'some' of these mods are from 'outside sources' as-in non-steam/non-nexus. I just fresh-installed OS/skyrim (so not a lot of mods) but did have issues until I messed with the load-order.
