So for some reason, my fps randomly locks at 30 and i have to manually trigger it going back to 60, such as going into the enb menu and pressing load preset and sometimes opening the inventory works. I have vsync on in the nvidia control panel, any ideas on how i would fix this?

GUESS WHAT??!! its my damn enb!! i dont know why, but my enb is lately causing many problems. i guess its the wrong dll because boris got rid of the normal 308 binary. i will try the newest version.

I got all those mods to work, turns out it was an esp called "ocr-fixes" because i use tbbp for all vanilla clothing and armors. NOWWWWWW the damn game is crashing again when i try to enter whiterun.... This sucks man, next post will be mod list.

You only can use 1 at the same time. They pretty much do the same thing but with Crash Fixes it gives an error message explaining the CTD which I do not think SSME does which is why I use Crash Fixes. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/? Sorry, it didnt seem to help. My problem is with the game either crashing when trying to fast travel or giving me the infinite loading screen.

So, i turned off dynolod and load an older save and i got into the game but when i tried to fast travel again even to other places the game would either crash or have an infinite loading screen..

I joined the windows insider program to get that dx9 bug. But it was an earlier build so i dont know how to get the exact build required. Plus, my game crashed loading an old save with immersive weapons and warmonger armory install, plus the leveled lists for the latter. So, i had to uninstall warmonger armory and start a new game for it to load. I need to find a free windows 7 copy. Know anywhere i can get it for free?

I am on windows 10, I also uninstalled Jk cities light. I also uninstalled authentic whiterun which is a texture replacer. I think it lasted a few seconds on the loading screen before immediately crashing to desktop. This is oldrim we are talking about. Also, I used loot to do my load order. I all cleaned all my master files that had dirty edits but i will look for red edits. I downloaded a bunch of armor mods, then it came back, so i deleted them fully and now the problem happens when im loading into whiterun. the smoke in the loading screen goes black and grey and then the game crashes, going to try to load and earlier save from before the armors.

Nah, you can use the the managers, makes live a lot easier. Maybe use MO. Just know that some mods wont like eachother. For instance, convenient horses? Its quite script heavy and caused problems all of the time with other mods. And settle on a modlist, dont add or change anything once you start your playthrough. You could also share your modlist for others to look at.
