I use mods that let me add anyone as a follower. Unfortunately there are very few appealing NPCs who have actual names and aren't tied up in quests or whatever. I'd love a mod that actually gives all the nameless NPCs some sort of identity. At the very least they could use their own unique names. It would also be great if everyone carried/wore personal effects like jewelry, letters, books, etc. Ideally they would have schedules where they eat and sleep, if they don't already, and maybe some could do characteristic things. For example, certain guards taking drinking and shopping breaks, hovering around a love interest or seeking out solitude behind a building. Certain bandits could visit towns and not fight with people there; they'd visit temples or check out the market, or maybe also do bandit things like sneak around, follow people, break into houses, steal unimportant items, etc. If you talked to a bandit and said "You're a bandit, aren't you?" they'd then either run for it or attack you for blowing their cover. I'd love if some bandits were painted as being poor; they could beg, have no money, carry rotten food, etc. Maybe certain guards could be linked to certain bandits for quests; the guards would give you bounties for bandits like "find the Argonian woman" or "find the Imperial man," then the bandits might ask for your help or something? Flip-side, a bandit could ask you to distract/take out a guard who's been on his tail. Linked guards/bandits would attack each other on sight and their fellow guards/bandits would join in. I'd reference more than guards and bandits, but that's all I've encountered thus far (I'm only in Whiterun!). Thanks
