Same here, I'm quite confused ;-( I swear it used to work fine when I last played a couple of years ago. But it was using Nexus Mod Manager and Not Vortex. Although the same thing still happened when I tried Mod Organizer 2 as well...

i second this request. the one for fo3 made my life a lot easier :) ever i changed to an entertainment pc the stupid IR interface thing has been a whole pile of doo doo. it made me so mad in oblivion and i had to use the console ring thing. i hope new vegas gets the console key binder mod too to change the key but we will have to wait for the new vegas script extender first.
