q: Too much space, not enough players & Space Police (Gah... but I wanna kill that merchant ship!) a: Go to low security or NULL security space, then there is a lot of space, not a lot of players, and limited or no space police. q: Heavily Advantaged Veteran Players & Solo pvp not overtly viable a: Any ship can kill any ship (with enough time). Solo pvp is viable if you are patient and go hunting and be smart (cloaky bomber/recon can eat up unaware miners/ratters/idiots). q: Grind a: one of the reasons I left. You either have real life money to buy game time, or real life time to make game money to buy game time. I ran out of both :) q: Recommendations a: Sounds like you would have fun joining a low security or null security corporation. A great group of people really makes the game because I found the most fun came from small group PvP fleets. You can learn from more experienced players. And in a good group they don't really care if you are flying a Tier 1 frigate. A T1 frig can lock down a ship just as well as more expensive ship. The universe is brutal and you have to play smart and strategize. It is not for the faint of heart which makes it all the more fun.
