its what i been trying to figure out for a few days now.. but seeing as this topic hasnt been replied in over a year.. guess they're not interested in keeping us on Vortex.. guess i'll go back to MO2

Hello people. i been playing with the Imperious - Races of Skyrim mod and i noticed i am unable to become a vampire with any of them. i do get the sanguinare vampiris disease.. and all the following messages about the powers awakening and stuff.. but i dont get the powers, no drain, no seduction, no ability to feed. I tried giving myself vampirism through console commands, same thing: get the messages but no powers. I also tried doing the Volkihar quest line, once again.. i only get the Vampire lord form but none of the "base vampire". So i was wondering if anyone knew of a fix or a mod that patches this issue.
