You're exporting it as NiTriStrips? Armor should be NiTriShapes. And yes, you should send a picture of all the stuff. I have a lot of trouble with this exporting bullshit as well, so I may not be much help (especially since I use 3ds max) but maybe it's something simple that I know how to fix.

Try changing the race with "showracemenu" in the console instead. Also save your sliders before doing that if you have one of the character edit mods.

Maybe add a spell to one of its attacks, in attack data.

Hello, I've been trying to make a goat race, like a satyr, and I've managed to make the head for it, but now I'm stuck. I have no idea how to make the mesh work in Skyrim. The argonian head that I used as a reference has all this bs stuff and nodes, however the mesh I made doesnt. If anyone knows how to set it up, or has a tutorial, please reply.
