Darn. No fix yet, I'm guessing?

So I have mods installed, and I will post the list of them, but basically, the game lags like hell in character creation (particularly if I change genders) and when I go to edit the body, if I choose the modded option to remove the clothes (mostly so I can check if the proportions are correct since the clothes don't tend to load edits to the body right away) it immediately freezes. Music still plays but I can't move the mouse or do anything. I have to restart my computer each time. I thought maybe I was running out of memory or had too many mods so I put the graphics on lowest setting, removed any mods I didn't feel necessary, still laggy still the same thing. s#*! I can't remember...I shoulda said when I first fixed it; I'm sorry. It was definitely something to do with a mod that was making it stick. A texture mod specifically I think is what it was.

Nevermind I figured it out.

I think I might have my mods in a bad download order or something? When starting a new game it goes through the intro and then fades to white for character creation...............and then the white doesn't go away. Audio is still playing, and the console command box comes up so it doesn't seem frozen it's just...a white screen. My mod load order is attached Sorry if i'm an idiot and the fix is obvious. Please don't kick my ass.

Oh okay I didn't know that Yes it's a new game, I started complete from scratch with a vanilla character and everything to test it. Do I have animations?? I....Forgot I did. Also I thought you were talking about some sleeping mod lmao you were talking about the Skyrim Legendary patch. Sorry, I'm not the most solid cookie around. Thank you for the advice! I'll fix my load order.

Sounds good! There isn't a fix for it though? The bug I mean. If I have to use the mod I will but I'd like to fix it if I can.

I can't seem to take the brawl bets with any NPC that usually offers them. It's not that I can't fight, or that the fight glitches: the option just literally is not there. Ok so At first I thought it was my mods like obviously right? So I uninstalled all of them--every single one--and started a clean save in vanilla skyrim but here's the kicker: still no option to brawl with ANY npc that usually offers it. I thought maybe it was my level so I leveled up. Still nothing. Checked the integrity of the files. Still nothing. I have NO idea what to do???? All other follower dialogues appear to work but I can't do any of the brawl quests, which means I can't get any of the brawl followers without cheating :{ Is there anything you guys can think of to fix this? I tried the brawl bug patches and of course I have USLEEP (most mods these days require it) so I'm kind of at a loss. The game is updated to the most recent version ofc, and I have all DLC, including the texture DLC installed. EDIT: Okay so I ended up completely reinstalling Skyrim and reinstalling a whole different set of mods and such to see if that would fix it and now I am getting not only the brawl glitch, but side quest glitches in general AND my skyrim is now running out of memory and crashing, despite me having uninstalled like 80% of my games before reinstalling Skyrim. So for instance: I tried to talk to Ysolda, dialogue is normal but now she just cuts out instead of talking about needing a mammoth tusk. No brawls are available at all, the dialogue option also doesn't come up at all. Skyrim crashes every like 20 to 30 minutes or so especially during loading screens or when passing into a building. I've tried various online fixes and while it made it BETTER it did not make it GO AWAY. Keep in mind: This has never happened before. Even with a crap ton of mods I almost never had crashes. I have an NVidia GeForce 840M card and skyrim has always auto-detected settings to Ultra High Quality. I uh....Don't know what other stuff I would need to tell you guys? I run on windows 10 and I'm p sure my computer is like 32 bit? Or maybe it's not. I'm Not Great with computers. This is literally the only error in my game that I've encountered; and it doesn't affect anything at all; I'm just curious about how it happened. If it's stuck like that it's fine but I'd prefer it back to normal if there's a fix for it.

I tried very hard to make a model so I could do this myself, and the only models of a cocker spaniel I could find were ones I would have to pay for. I edited the vanilla dog in Sculptris and tried to change it to a nif using a mix of blender and nifskope. It kept making the face and tail disappear, even after i made the triangles very large, which made big holes in it anyway. It also said it couldn't load the mlt file due to some error but I didn't understand that. This is as far as I got with the model: I am very serious about trying to get this made, even if I have to try and do it myself. Any and all help is appreciated.

I haven't really seen any. I've seen one that change the shaggy dogs to dawnguard huskies or either one into wolves but that's it.

I would like a modded dog follower. A very specific one. One that I'm sure has been requested in different shapes but hundreds of different people. See what I would like....Is my dog. You see he's....old. Very old. 12 years in fact. And his breed (cocker spaniel) has a life expectancy of 14 years at most. So....he's getting really up in age. And I'd just...really really love a mod of him to follow me around in Skyrim even after he's gone from the real world. A sort of preemptive memorial if you will. His name is Quincy. I don't know if there are any cocker spaniel models that could be ported to skyrim, especially short-shaved ones,and this is definitely not lore friendly but if someone could point me in the right direction to try and make this myself, or make it themselves I'd very much appreciate it!! I would even accept a long-haired or medium length cocker spaniel! After all, Skyrim is a cold place. I'll even make the textures for it to relieve the strain! I can draw fur and eyes fairly well I think, and I paint for a living so it shouldn't be too difficult to make some PNGs to convert into textures, if a proper model can be found. Modding isn't easy I know that but...he's my baby. Any help on this would be very very much appreciated!!!
