Kinotay

Ok for my first ever thing with this kind of 3d modelling. I could of been less ambitious but i'm in to deep now. Theres no turning back. Anyway the problem i'm having may be extremely simple to some people but i've been confused for hours upon hours now. I'm currently working a 3d model for Gin, and i have all the textures and the model. But applying the textures to the model seem to be where i'm messing up. (The textures are PNG files while the Model is an OBJ file. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for your time. The files are below:
