  1. While not all Touhou games are STG's. They are some of my favorite Curtain Fire games I've ever played. Though how would you really implement that in Oblivion? What would you put from those games into Oblivion to make it work?
  2. I know on the 360, holding the right stick for a little while starts to allow you to pan the camera as long as its held down. So itd be the change view key that you use for it on the pc I think.
  3. For the first one, guns and crossbows really wouldn't work well with the engine. Without completely changing the ranged animations. Which would make bows look weird.

     

    For the second one, I can't help you there.

  4. Fort Shadow

    • Like forts?
    • Like killing things?
    • Like working towards owning buildings, instead of getting it off the bat?

    If either of these interest you. Fort Shadow might be worth looking at! Instead of just opening up and getting a quest message saying..."Oh look, a mysterious key to a fort has just popped into your inventory!!" You get to start..by finding the entrance. And there will be no fast travel point there.

     

    There is a guard point that you have to pass to actually get in the fort. And once you're there. You won't find it easily handed over. Or easily escaped..maybe the guards weren't there to keep people out after all..

     

    What it will include:

    1. A new fort. To own..or not? Up to you to decide!
    2. New quests! From finding the guard point, to protecting an owned fort perhaps?
    3. New items! Some retextures, and some new meshes maybe!
    4. New npcs, since no house/fort mod is complete without npcs! Some to command even, some as allies.
    5. A boss worth fighting! (Unless of course you're using god like weapons that do like, 3,000 damage a hit!)
    6. 3 choices of dungeons to add to the fort when you obtain it. Cave-like dungeon, Fort-like dungeon. Ayleid-like dungeon. Pick which matches your preference!
    7. Personal shops just for you! With a high yet fair amount of gold on each!

    Logo (note on the logo, I'll be using it atleast somewhere in ALL my mods that I make. You would have to actually ask the person who drew it for me, for permission to use it. Who is also a good close friend of mine.)

     

    More info to come as the mod progresses! Last day of school is the 21st of this month. So I'll have plenty of modding time!

     

    Post any ideas that you might have. Or if you're interested in helping in any way. I could use help. Not needed, just would help!

  5. Hmm. Although the original, non re-textured object appears white in NifSkope, so does the black re-textured one. I honestly don't get it.

     

    EDIT: Yes, I have configured the texture path and successfully seen a texture rendered in NifSkope.

    So did you figure it out? If not i can take a look...

  6. Got another idea.

     

    On one of the instances where you're teleported to a black corridor, at the end (on the wall) is a message written in blood saying "leave us alone". After a few seconds, you return to the normal tileset.

    Creepy..tell me there are no spiders in this mod...

  7. PROBLEM! I have created a normal map in GIMP but the object still shows black in game. Heres a screen of the normal map.

    Might need to adjust the normal map...make it brighter or what-not.
