Hi there! It has been a long time since I got the mods to work, and I honestly do not remember exactly how I did it eventually... but I DO know it did not involve the steps I listed above. I did not have to manually add the names of the mods I wanted to add to the .ini file. I think what I had been missing was that I had to use an option from the startup screen to access the mod folders, drag and drop the mods into the folder that way, then when I refreshed the mod screen it showed me the mods I had added.

I have manually downloaded four mods from this site for XCom 2. I have the Mac version of the game, downloaded directly from Feral Interactive. I followed the mod install directions for Mac: 1. Unpack the mod folders into Contents>Resources>Data>xcomgame>mods (I had to make a new folder named "mods" as one did not previously exist). 2. Open Contents>Resources>Data>xcomgame>config>defaultmodoptions.ini and add a line for each mod (ex. ActiveMods="CapnbubsAccessoriesPack") 3. Launch the game, open the ModManager tab and.... 4. Nothing shows up. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong here? I have searched and searched Nexus forums, Reddit, Steam forums, with no solution forthcoming. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
