hotborad

So i downloaded SkyUI and love it now deleted because it keeps telling me i dont have SKSE. I have downloaded both threw the Nexus Mod Manager and it still gives me that message. I also manually installed the unzipped files into c:Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steam Apps/Common/Skyrim. So could someone give me detailed instructions on how to download SKSE and SkyUI so it works correctly. And btw i have tried running through SKSE but it gives me an error message saying it cant find TESV.
