After more digging I found some other threads with the same idea, but surprisingly no modder answered. After I read the bump guide I checked my post, and the only argument left was that there is no one capable of doing this. But I'd like a real answer: is it so difficult to do it? Thanks, again!

Hello! As I was playing Skyrim, sneaking and archery right now, I thought it would be better to see exactly how your actions improve your skills. For example, when you are sneaking and using the bow, in the right-top corner of the screen you should see the sneak bar increasing for each sneak attack, and archery bar increasing for each landed arrow.
