got it working, with a simple last retort of frustration. I just added the package version number to 20 instead of something as low as 9. Odd, But im happy :)

Still doesnt work -Tried reinstalling, repairing -Tried clean merge, nothing -Tried what marillo3 suggested, nothing ....
