Update: I uninstalled skyrim se, went to the file storage and deleted everything, then i reinstalled everything, including my mods. and when i loaded my save it said "nighteye ENB fix.esp missing" this is not a mod I had, as it would have been reinstalled with all my other mods. im guessing this was the cause of the issue, as once I loaded in, night eye and vampire sight are now fixed. So for anyone with the same issue, try to find "NighteyeENBfix.esp" and delete that. and if that fails, reinstall game.

I had an ENB installed, I'm not sure which one. i uninstalled it using https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4143?tab=description but for some reason now my night vision abilities have a red tint. i have no mods that affect night vision so I'm absolutely clueless as to why this is happening and i cant find anything about it online. i tried making a new character but that didn't fix it. so then i tried installing mods that change the night vision to try to get rid of it but that didn't work. the red tint seems to be applied after night eye is fully turned on, and removes any effects that those mods had. Edit: It doesn't seem to happen when using the "Become Ethereal" shout, which uses the same night vision effect, but it does occur with "vision of the tenth eye"

So, as the title says. i got myself one of those rare ones. when i cast wall of storms (presumably all of them but haven't tested that yet) it only makes the storm wall where the spell lands, and doesn't make any more. This is the first time me comeing across this. i dont have any mods that directly affect and of the element wall spells (possible noteworthy mods are ordinator, apocalypse, and arcanum but those add new spells/effect damage only). Screenshots http://prntscr.com/p8jzcf http://prntscr.com/p8jzkg From what i looked up on the internet. i only found 1 other post about this bug, and it slim to no info on it. you can count the amount of comments on 1 hand. needless to say this is really annoying when you trying to stun someone and then use this to make them walk in a path of damage. I've tried reseting game, running LOOT, loading saves, none of it did anything.

So im not quite sure how, i've been trying for 5 hours to fix this, to no avail. whenever i use vampire lord, its fine, but as soon as i revert, i transform again and can enter inventory + powers. along with not being able to revert, i also lose vampire sight when i try to revert to, and it doesn't come back. i have mods, i tried making new play through incase console broke it, i tried uninstalling, reinstalling mods, changing load order nothing is working and im confused. i even uninstalled all mod/game altering additions, and its still happening. so i dont even know what could be wrong, i verified game files, nothing. and before people say its something with sacrosanct mod, i uninstalled that and the problems are still happening. i've look online, nobody seems to be haveing the same issue, or a fix for it that doesn't break it some other way.
