I have the get-the-sigilstone-and-loadingscreen-freez-problem too :confused: dont know what to do against it but i think that it is becouse i have already completet the main quest, becouse if i go out of a gate in this realm i get teleportet to a the rest of a destroyed gate in cyrodill hope that i was able to help you :)
