  1. Hmm, well I've been using AllowFT(3). I wonder what the difference is between AllowFT(1) and AllowFT(3)? All I know is that AllowFT(3) lets me fast travel to sign posts from anywhere in the world. It's a decent solution in the meantime, but I still want a mod for it. It would be nice to be able to just load up the game and play without having to type console commands every time.
  2. Or if you just want to be able to travel to sign posts you've discovered without actually having to do it from a sign post, you can use the "AllowFT(3)" command. That will let you travel to any sign post using your World Map regardless of where you are. With that said, a mod would be better because it would eliminate having to type the console command(s) every time you load up the game.
  3. +1. Except, being a gamepad user myself, I would like to see it work well on a gamepad as well. SkyUI works brilliantly with an Xbox 360 controller.
  4. But when you look at the plant it tells you its name. No it doesn't. It just says "gather ingredients". You have to click/press a button to enter the submenu and see what the name is.
  5. That would be fine if the mod could also add a label that tells you what the plant was before you picked it up (like Skyrim does). For example, instead of it just saying "Gather Ingredients" on everything, it would say "Gather Celandine" or "Gather Crow's Eye". Otherwise, unless you've played the game long enough to memorize what all the plants are just by looking at them, you won't know what you've picked up without having to check your inventory after the fact. I don't think I would install a one click gathering mod without this feature, because I don't feel like having to check my inventory menu to see what I just picked up. I'd rather have the one extra click up front.
  6. Perhaps infinitely reusable repair kits would be an easier way to deal with this issue. You'd still have to pause the game and do the repairs - so it wouldn't be as ideal as my original request, but at least you could always just repair the weapon/armor yourself without ever having to go to a blacksmith or buy more kits. I just don't know from a programming/modding standpoint if that would be any easier or not. I only played W2 for a dozen hours or so a couple of years ago, so I couldn't remember if it had the repair mechanic or not.
  7. Straightforward request here. Just make weapons and armor stay 100% all the time. I've never liked the repair mechanic, and I was glad to see Bethesda eliminate it in Skyrim. I think this would be a popular mod...in fact, I'm kind of surprised somebody hasn't made it already.
  8. I was having issues the other night. Super slow speeds. I signed up for a month of premium, thinking that would give me a choice of servers for downloading like it used to (my premium membership expired a couple of months ago). But much to my surprise, no such option popped up. I think the server choice option for premium users should be restored.

  10. Just updated to latest version of NMM. I don't remember changing the "install info" directory before, and I chose the option when upgrading to keep all configuration files. But it still gave me an error and one of the options was just to run NMM as administrator. That's what I dd, and it fixed the error, but now on the Mods tab it shows every single mod as deactivated. The plugins on the left show that the're active, and I confirmed by loading a game that they're working, but this is still a problem because if I want to deactivate any existing mods via NMM, I can't. Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I browsed the forum sections for a general NMM support area, but I didn't see it. I could have overlooked it. Anyway, please help. If the "install info" directory is the problem (maybe I set it up to be different than default before, and I just don't remember) then what do I need to look for on my PC to find it? Thanks in advance. [edit] Posted the issue here, which I think is the appropriate section: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/project-3-mod-manager-open-beta/ Mods, feel free to lock and/or delete this thread.
  11. So was there ever a mod made for this? I haven't found it yet, but I'm still looking.
  12. Greetings all. I've been using a mod "Riverside Lodge" to use as my house. What I really like about it is the custom containers. When you activate the container, you are given some options on what you'd like to store. It's kind of like this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12468/? Though I'm very happy with Riverside Lodge, I'm curious about trying out a different house. However, in the descriptions of the most popular/endorsed ones, I don't see anything about custom containers like this. I was hoping someone could tell me of some other "player abodes" that have the special containers like I'm talking about. Thanks.
