Hello fellow modders, I've been working on bringing some of my day dreams about Skyrim Mods to life and I finally decided to start to share some of it with others and get some feedback from the modding community. With that in mind I thought I would introduce my new, and very much work in progress, faction mod to the community. Talos Cult Summary: Nearly destroyed in the 3rd Era the Talos Cult has seen a steady rise in political and military power since the signing of the White Gold Concordant. These priests and laymen have forsaken their homes, families and livelihood for their beliefs. Spear headed by their powerful military arm known as the Knights Immaculate their presence has grown in the province of Skyrim, the most central province to their Deity: Talos. Join the fight over Godhood, and decide the beliefs of an entire province. Features: Two new, joinable factions, complete with their own storylines and radiant quests. Join the Talos Cult to defend the god Talos OR Join the Thalmor as an agent seeking the destruction of the Talos Cult Branching questlines that acknowledge your progress through the rest of the game and your previous decisions in the story. Become a peaceful monk and experience the story from a political, behind the scenes, perspective OR become a warrior for Talos in the Knights Immaculate and become the ultimate warrior monk New locations in the world of Skyrim, seamlessly integrated into the existing world including new settlements, shrines, outposts and dungeons Hand Crafted armor's and weapons to fit the new factions. Models will include both male and female equivalents, with several variations for both light and heavy armor wearers. These will also be craftable. New Perks to help you make the ultimate warrior monk. Several new Restoration and Alteration Spells to complement the monk theme of this mod. New Player home complete with purchasable upgrades. Fully Voice Acted Release Status This Mod is currently in a pre-production status. The story, quests, characters, and dialogue are being written and fleshed out. Assets for the Mod such as the new armors, weapons, and models have not yet been constructed. Placeholder locations and characters exist in the Skyrim World. Recruiting I am currently recruiting for a talented 3D Modeler. After spending a good amount of time attempting to learn how to 3D Model in various applications I have decided that It would be a superior product if a fellow Modder would like to create the new armors, weapons, and castle models that this mod will feature. This would allow me to focus more on the world building, story creation, and scripting of the mod.
