Hi, I need to know if I can still use the creation and mod Morrowind if I buy Morrowind on steam. I have a french version CD of the game but the french version does not work with english mods. Thanks-

I saw in the Sleping Giant Inn that the windows change colors when it goes from Night to Day or vice versa. How can i do that in a Inn that i am trying to create ?
