  1. Hi Enthusiast, I had this same problem, and it seems to have to do with MGE(XE in my case)'s internal MWSE, which should be deactivated if you use a separate version/installation thereof, as I do(the latest). Not sure if that's your situation or not, but if you've messed with MGE settings at all(also possibly as an extention of messing with MGSO), it's possible that got changed. You can just double click the .exe for whatever MGE you use, bring up the GUI, go to the "In-Game" tab, and check the box beside "disable internal MWSE. You should be good from there.
  2. Didn't notice this and commented elsewhere as I hadn't realized someone else was getting the error from this specific mod(MEN Combat). I have the most recent version of MWSE, and I still get it for some reason. HALP! UPDATE: I seem to have found the solution. The most recent version of MWSE, which I thought I had, but didn't, found here: https://github.com/M...r/MWSE/releases
  3. Hi guys. I'm having the same problem, and as this is obviously a rare one, there aren't may resources for ameliorating it. I'm not running either of the suspect mods mentioned here: Fade To Black and Fliggerty's Key Ring. I'm using the latest version of mlox (standalone C++ 2008 redist. dependent) which definitely gives me different - presumably more accurate results as to rules citations, but still nothing regarding the specific error, emanating from MEN Combat, in my case. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I've tried disabling a couple of mods similar to Fliggerty's Key Ring, i.e., related to jewelry/accessories, etc., but to no avail. UPDATE: I seem to have found the solution. The most recent version of MWSE, which I thought I had, but didn't, found here: https://github.com/Merzasphor/MWSE/releases
  4. I'd like to submit that things like brass knuckles shouldn't even have a wear/repair dynamic. You just beat people with them. Granted, trying to hit someone in the stomach with a metal plate across their mid-section won't hurt them much, but it won't hurt the knuckles themselves, either. If they're going to break, just make it a SLOW process, with no diminished stats in the meantime. After so many points (however they're counted): they just snap. Kaput.
  5. Wow. Update BOSS and Wrye Bash. What a novel idea. Which worked, by the way. Cheers NexusKnight.
  6. Adding myself to the list. I had OOO installed already, tried to add a few more mods today, BOSSed it, and came up w/ the error message. Uninstalled and BOSSed again, and the error is still there. Thinking about going ahead in spite of it. Not sure what risk that would carry, though. After fooling around with different things - not even trying to address the error issue, just reinstalled OOO and more mods, I rebuilt the patch, and no warning came up asking if I wanted to proceed despite the error. Dunno if that means it was resolved or not, per se, since the BOSS log still showed the error at the top.
  7. Whatever has this curly hair in it...yum. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/images/1578565-1278971308.jpg
