I ran the dialoges fully. I killed everyone upstairs before I made my way downstairs. I've seen let's plays on YouTube, and when the player goes downstairs there are always other Thalmor. When I go downstairs the only person I see is the torturer. I kill him, and my counter reads 6/15 left. The problem is there are no more Thalmor. When I go to Korst I can't unshackle him. He just says something about the weather, and something about Dragonborn. I can do a shout or hit him with an ax an, and he'll fall off. The issue there is he doesn't move because it's not scripted. I'm starting a new game and I'm hesitant to use Helgen. Love the idea behind the mod though. I have about 220 mods, and I've looked over them. Thought maybe it was Open Cities, because that mod doesn't play well with a cheat that I was using. I had to turn it off before I go into Whiterun to retrieve my gold/items and then turn it back on when I left Whiterun. Or else, the item is invisible and doesn't show. Besides that, I'm at a lost. Maybe I should put Helgen up further or lower? BTW, I don't use the cheat anymore. Did you find the fix for this? I have the exact same issue. The counter stops at 6/15, and I can't get Korst out without killing all of the Thalmor. BTW, you don't have any conflicting mods, and cleaning them will not resolve the issue. I wish I had an answer.

The first pic has Faendal with a log sticking out of his hand. It looks like the animation is broken. This also happened with Erik in Rorikstead. He's holding logs and the one log looks like it's attached to his hand. The second pic has odd shadow whenever I turn the camera a certain way. I know both pictures are dark and small. My 248 mod load order using Vortex. I've used loot to sort this order, and fixed to my ability any conflicts using Vortex. I don't have major issues. The game is stable, but I do have some minor adnormalities that I'd like to fix. So far, no animals falling from the sky or CTDs. I know that it's probably a graphical mod issue. I was riding my house out of Falkreath and I heard this big crash in the woods. The music intensifies, guards start fighting this enemy, and I turn around to see a giant golden goat. lol, is this a part of SkyrimSE? I have a little over 200 mods, but I haven't been able to find the mod that would had included the goat. Has anyone else seen the golden goat god yet?

I found the issue. Are you using Immersive Fallen Trees? There is a bug that takes out half the riiver. Either delete the mod or go to the bug report section. A user there has a fix. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. If you can come up with the correct solution, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll do the same. I posted this issue in the RW2 forum and I was told that the reason I'm having this issue is because I don't have custom pateching. I don't know much about custom patching. I've been looking on Google, YouTube and thisa forum for answers.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm missing half the river. My guess is it's a texture pack problem?
