Can't you send out a command to force users to change password?

Thanks...I was hoping for something more horizontal like across/on the shoulders since this seems to conflict with arrows. Maybe I will try it myself

I am looking for a modification that will allow me to wear the Elderscroll Horizontally like Serana in Dawnguard. Any help will be appreciated.
