Game Crash at or Near Imperial Pale Camp

Thanks for your tip!Now I can reach the camp, and continue the quest. First I discover the camp then save immediately, then turn on AI and combat AI with console commands "tai" and "tcai", which will jump to the desktop. Finally start the game again and talk to Legate Rikke. Hope this help! 10 years later and I can confirm disabling the AI and reloading fixed this. Dragon spawned upon reload and the game is fine now. Weird bug. -
