I dont own it, it was shared, now i want to have a copy myself and cant figure out which version should i got

Honestly I've been playing Skyrim SE and try modding for about 100 mods I love modding in this game But , looking at the statistics of new mods or mod downloaded on the nexus between Oldrim vs SE It seems like oldrim not losing or dying , even still more superior compared to Skyrim SE about new mod or download It makes me confused as to whether I should buy LE or SE fear SE will take over , all the modders will eventually move to SE and make all mod for SE , and oldrim gradually will die with no new mod
