  1. It's the Skyrim_default.ini in the game directory! the skyrim.ini is something else.

And I don't even have the DLCs in that list and everything works fine. Nevertheless I'm pretty sure your DLC are not loaded, which results in mods needing them to have a missing dependencie, which leads to a crash on startup. Go check if hearthfires.esm, dragonborn.esm and dawnguard.esm are in your Skyrim\data folder. If yes, use your mod manager/skyrim launcher to ensure that those plugins are checked.

  2. could you out the lists in spoiler tabs? won't download them.

I don't know how the MAC version runs, but is it really necessary to use the plugins.txt in the 1st place? it isn't on windows, with very very few exceptions.

  3. first off: your character usually doesn't care about graphic mods. when loading the savegame your game will notify you that the save relies on content missing and blabla, but that's all.

What does matter is everything else, every armor, every gameplay, every overhaul, every everything mod. If you want to use one save on two machines you have to make sure those are identical.

Just copying the data folder might work, but I wouldn't do it. Too risky and you may end up reinstalling everything from scatch.

  4. Yes indeed, that should help. Body mods are almost always replacers of the standard body. So if you uninstall the one you don't like and install another one you should have the new one ingame. If that doesn't work, verify you game cache via steam, but that will return every vanilla file to it's vanilla state. Meaning every replacer of whatever will be purged and has to be re-installed.

  5. tits.

Seriously, without more info about what's your actual problem, what you use etc etc. nobody can help you. Read up how to provide viable informations, there are so many posts here showing how to do that

  6. Sounds like you are missing one or more dependencies, that's usually the cause of CTD after the bethesda logo.

Besides: you should give another HD pack a try, from what I've read the official one is still buggen/glitched, even with the unofficial patch. And it's inferior to most community packs too,

  7. CTD after the Bethesda logo is usually caused by missing dependencies/parent files. Check your files if everything they need is in your load order and placed correctly. How did you install SKSE? did you use the skse installer or did you import the archive version into nmm? always use the installer for skse, it auto detects the directory of your Skyrim and puts everything exactly where it needs to be, plain and safe.

About crashing with all plugins disabled in general: The mods stil have their files in your Skyrim folder and many mods contain more than just a .esp/.esm. So if you just disable the plugins their others parts could still be leading to crashes, even more the more addons are that way.

So, use the installer to install skse properly and check for missing dependencies. Maybe you should try loot, it's boss' successor and comes with a auto detection of unknown plugins and gives better tips and warnings.

  8. Same here. Either the login server in your region is down or your browser blocks you somehow. Since nothing happens, my guess would be the browser.

  9. Those .7z, .zips and .rars are indeed the downloaded mod archives, for install and uninstall purposes via NMM. If you want to delete some, uninstall them first and do both with NMM. This way NMM knows that the file is gone and won't throw a error message in your face next time it starts up.

  10. Why don't we have a save&load post option?

In order to help you we'll need some more infos. Basicly "doesn't work" and "I use mods" isn't something one can base tips on.

Where does it crash exactly? does it so every time? what mods are you using exactly? do you use boss or loot?

  11. Indeed game cache verifying does restore the vanilla files, using CRC or something similiar, meaning if a file doesn't have the exact size it gets replaced with the original. However every file that's not on the "list" remains untouched. If you want to be sure not to miss anything: look at your downloaded archives, as mentioned before, and use the explorers search function in your skyrim folder.
