So Im having an issue where I downloaded Rudy ENB I fallowed the insturctions by the letter, and well before I installed Rudy ENB my ENB GUI worked fine, after however it wont pop up after I press shift enter I checked the enblocal.ini and everything is normal. Help? Oh also ReShade 3 was required to download rudy enb so idk if that affects it.
