  1. I always sacrifice Sven from Riverwood when I do evil playthroughs.
  2. Maybe if there was a way to raise/lower Threat levels... The combat AI is very finicky, sometimes my archer follower is being attacked so I run to save him but even if I stand in front of the enemy the enemy won't change target; it's worse against archer/mages because more often than not they are far away. And then, when I'm the one being attacked, my followers won't defend me - I always send them head first into open rooms or rooms with enemies, but surprise attacks are quite troublesome. And yes, there is a mod that adds a Decoy spell. It's the Apokalpyse spell pack. I want is a stand alone spell, to prevent bugs.
  3. You can do most of what you wanted with SkyUI. First you add what you want to your favorites. Then you create groups for each combination/slot you want. By default, if you use F1 F2 F3 F4 and so on it will equip the corresponding number; in case you don't want to change the hotkeys for quick-save and quick-load, you can use SkyUI to remap it's hotkeys to 1 thru 0. That won't add a skill bar, but it's pretty much what you asked for.

  5. The master destruction spells aren't what I thought they would be. I level all the way to 100 so I could use them, and what I got? A fire explosion centered on myself, a kamehameha wave and a blizzard storm. They are cool, don't get me wrong; but what I really wanted was: A meteor that falls from the sky at target location A lightning bolt that hits the ground at target location That's it. Those already exist, mind you, so it should be very easy to implement! For the meteor, Alduin's shout should help. Instead of many meteors falling randomly, it will be a single meteor hitting a precise target area. For the lightning bolt, it's the same as the meteor but using instead the Storm shout.   6. I think Illusion and Alteration spells are lackluster, so I came up with seven spell ideas. Names are place holders Illusion spells Taunt: Target will start attacking the caster. Provoke: Hostiles nearby will start attacking the caster. Misdirect: Hostiles nearby will start attacking the caster's target Decoy: Creates a mirror image of the caster at target location. It doesn't attack or defend, stays in place at all times and can survive 1 attack per every 10 Illusion Skill levels (up to 10). Can only summon one decoy at a time, does not count towards the conjuration limit. Taunt will be used to soak damage and save allies. Provoke/Misdirect is to make your ally defend you, or combined with Decoy for the same purpose. Alteration spells Silk skin: Reduces target armor rating by 20%. Insulate: Raises caster's Ice resistance by 20%. Fire proof: Raises caster's Fire resistance by 20%. Silk skin, unlike flesh spells, is supposed to weaken the enemy. The difference is that it is not a flat number, so A) it won't go to negative numbers B) doesn't affect unarmored enemies. Insulate/Fire proof is my response to using gear or potions to defend myself from harm.

  9. There are multiple voices for the automatrons, like male and female (processed or not processed), and beeps and boops. So, how about voices that sound like: VEHICLES (greetings = vroom, enemy detected = horn) WINDOWS 98 (greetings = startup, enemy detected = error message sound) WINDOWS XP C3P0 and R2D2 etc
  10. Maybe using some console commands to acquire and finish the questline without meeting them would solve this? I'm not sure, but give it a try
  11. How about a mod that, instead of a month to pacify, just a week, or a couple of days? It was on accident and the game's mechanics aren't working, so you shouldn't feel you are cheating when fixing it - even if sleeping "just" 2 days.
  12. Hi. I wish the game had a way to paint weapons and apparel in various ways, just like Power Armors have paint coats. Maybe without the added bonus like charisma and strength, but if you think having multiple skins for the same weapon isn't hard to make (like having pink Sniper Rifle, or camo-pink Sniper Rifle which makes you harder to detect), I won't mind if you do it ^^
  13. Hi. I had this idea long time ago when playing Unturned and Divinity Original Sin 2 - for weapons to have a PEW! sound when fired! The sound must be "organic", meaning they sound like someone saying 'pew' in real life; having various different pews is not required but it adds a lot to the Mod! Thanks for the attention!
  14. While you're at it, make it incendiary for extra boom! Actually, turn it into an ammo modification, so you have regular bullets, penetration bullets and fire bullets :)
  15. Ok, how do I reinstall New Vegas and make it brand new? I wish to do a fresh reinstallation, but last time I did it, the game already came modded, maybe because of Register files.. with a new installation, I will install everything with NMM!

  17. I run on W10, with Stutter Remover, but no such thing as "FCU". I will look out for memory leaks, and will try Memclean. I don't think I'm using all the 4gb, because I have very few mods. Btw, I didn't find NMM 0.65.4 on Nexusmods website - also, when I try to update NMM via nmm itself, it fails to update. Mine is 0.65.2
  18. Ok, it worked fine. Except that, after finally playing more than 10 minutes without crashes, I got a runtime c++ library error. Should've saved it for later ;(
  19. My 4gb just gave me bug that the mouse cursor ceases to exist, and clicking does nothing (does not skip intro, does not select options). Trying SE now.
  20. Hi. Thanks for replying! I tried adding shell extensions (after starting NMM with administrator privs), but that crashed NMM, giving me a tracelog. I then restarted NMM, and shell extensions' option is ON. I will now try to run the game again. Btw, I have 3 options to launch New Vegas: Normal, ScriptExtender and 4GB patch. Which one should I run for best results? I believed 4gb was an .exe that you used only once, then you could play normally...
  21. I installed every mod of mine without problems, the ones that had problems were fixed. Except for one (well two but-): Fallout New Vegas 4GB patch When I start Nexus Mod Manager, I get an error that states it couldn't not load FalloutNVpatch.cpp I tried reinstalling it, and failed. (the second mod is the OneTweak mod, it has the same error but its OneTweak.ini, so I'm guessing if you help me fix the 4gb one, I can proceed to the second one) My game is installed here: E:\jogos\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas Mods are inside E:\jogos\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\MODs What should I do?
