gropeking

I am having trouble getting the LeveledSpell List working right for my Follower I created. He doesn't use any of the spells I put in the list, unless I check use all spells, but then he will use all of the spells, even if he is below the level I set for them. I tried checking the two boxes above use all, but he was still not using any spells. Anyone know how to get this to work? I have spent hours trying to fix this. Any help would be very appreciated.

Greetings, I was just having some trouble finding info on the perks, and was wondering if there is a way to give an NPC, like my follower who levels with me, access to perks only when they reach a certain level, or skill level. If I just put the perk on them as is, like custom fit, they use it without having the required light armor skill level it says you need to be. Need to know if there is a way to modify the perks so that the NPC can only use them when they reach a certain level or skill. You can do it with spells, in the Leveled Spell, but can you do that with perks? Thank you for your time. I suppose my topic should have been how do I do this, but I don't know how to change that, or delete this now. :P

I want to make perks for my followers that they can only use once they get to certain levels, like they won't be able to use Custom Fit until level 12, for example. I have them set so they level up with me, but I don't want to give them a bunch of perks right off the bat so they are beasts. Any help?
