So I'm completely new to modding Fallout 4.. I know a small tiny handful of things but I still really really wanna get into learning. I want to focus on creating custom race mods much like what you see in Skyrim. I need a head start, though, so it'd be nice if someone could introduce me to the basics and or at least point me in the right direction. I'm a 3D artist and modeler. I create 3D models and I have a lot of ideas I'd love to bring into the game but I lack the knowledge.
