unfortunately, I don't have Avira. I'd never even heard of it before this post so. I do have Avast however, and I tried disabling Avast, and, well, that didn't work :\

From what I can gather it's a potentiality that this could be an issue with the latest Nvidia drivers? But I have no idea. I still haven't fixed it.

ive tried ENBoost to no avail, and I haven't tried SSME. I guess I will but I doubt it would help. Yeah the ENBs are HD but like both of us said they were working fine before and now are borked. I would wager that there's some kind of issue with ENB actually using our memory but I have no idea how to fix it. edit: also as you can see in my video even just having ENB at all with NO preset is causing this issue. the second I delete d3d9.dll everything works fine.

So it's not just me. Huh. I did all the same things you did, LOOT, redownloaded Nvidia drivers, verified game cache etc etc, same issues on the main menu and everything. This is wild. Did yours start the same way mine did, with you trying to switch an ENB preset? ((oh just saw you said it happened with the body mod thing. But does disabling your ENB fix this issue like it does for me?)) edit:I need you to do somethin for me if you could; if you read the little bit I edited on to the end of my initial post you'll see I encountered another glitch. Please open your Skyrim launcher and auto-detect your graphics settings. Tell me if you get the same thing I did.

Heyo, so I decided I wanted to try out a new ENB today and upon moving the files over and starting up my Skyrim, it took VERY long to launch, took like 3 minutes to load into dragonsreach as opposed to the usual few seconds, and when I got in, when I stand still I get a stable constant at least 60 fps, but when I move or move my camera, I get extremely hardcore stuttering and it's basically unplayable. I completely deleted all the ENB related files and launched it and it worked fine. SO I clean installed ENB and reinstalled the preset I was using before when everything worked fine, and now THAT does the exact same thing. So I deleted all ENB related files AGAIN, and clean installed only the base ENB files with no preset. And launched my game. and the SAME thing happened AGAIN. ENB will just utterly not work anymore I have really no earthly idea as to what happened to my game. When I disable ENB everything's gucci and everything worked very very well yesterday. Here's a video of the issues I'm having. It starts from the second the game launches, you can see how ridiculously long it takes to start, the issues I have on the main menu, how ridiculously long it takes to load into candlehearth hall, and how my frames are at 120 when im standing and looking still but fall massively and stutter and freeze when i move or look around https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bneuW80928g and to be clear, I DID have an ENB 100% up and functionally running yesterday. I was using Grim and Somber Azura with no issue, went to switch to Bleak ENB, and this started happening. P8Z77-V LX (LGA1155) GraphicsS220HQL (1920x1080@60Hz)2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (EVGA) EDIT: Here's another interesting glitch to add on to whatever the hell is going on here; I went to reset my graphical settings through the skyrim launcher and upon launching skyrim from steam, it decided to do the autodetect graphic settings process as if it was the first time launching, AND the autodetect program TRIGGERED ENB. It launched a full black screen and had nothing but the created by boris etc text, and upon tabbing out I saw that it was a window associated with skyrim labelled "Autodetect" which I then had to manually close. So something is just straight up BONKERS with my game at this point.
