I'd like to create a new mod that overhaul every magic perk tree or add early/Mid game spell usefull if you want to play a full mage and maybe some perks for Robes. Sadly i m new to CK :( I m trying to learn everything about CK and make some nice mods anyone will help me doing that?

So i have an old monito 4:3 14inches i play with 1024x768 resolution and someitme i cannot read things ingame like some modded perks that has long description that goes out of my monitor any way to fix??? Today i created an NPC i used Preview and i get this small preview and i cannot use it :C any way to fix?

I'm really new to modding cause i installed Creation Kit Yesterday. I created a new Follower with CK and i wanted to give him the perks of another mod but when i try to open Skyrim,Update,Dragonborn,Ordinator Perk Mod and my mod toghether my CK crash any tips??? Or any good and complete tutorial???? Thank you
