Trouble with disabling mods and plugins
virgoproxyy replied to virgoproxyy's topic in Vortex Support
Thank you so much rmm its working perfectly now -
I am having a hard time with vortex not disabling certain mods when I say "disable all", "remove all" or just switch to an empty profile, even if it disables the plugins themselves as disabled. I also noticed a lot if not all of the plugins I was having trouble with were sticking around in my plugins.txt file, and someone said it could be caused by using both vortex / nexus mod manager mods and using mods from the built in bethesda.net mod system together, but even after uninstalling all of my bethesda.net mods the problem still persists. Even if I manually enable and disable the problematic mods if I flip over to the esp section they'll still show up as enabled This is an example of the problem I'm running into: https://prnt.sc/ner8a1 1. Crucial information that we need in order to help you Which version of Vortex are you on? https://prnt.sc/ner5gr What game are you trying to mod with Vortex? Fallout 4 How many mods do you have installed? I had 354 mods in total but I was using around 210 of them. The rest were either disabled or uninstalled What environment are you running Vortex on? I have Windows 10, 64 bit, and here's a pic of the ram info https://prnt.sc/ner4h6

Hello, Would anybody be able to make a mod simulating the fallout 76 outfit system? (underarmors and armor pieces can be worn under bulkier outfits but are turned invisible) I know you can use a combination of armorsmith extended and invisible armors to manually simulate the effect, but I would really like a mod that does it automatically so I wouldn't have to manually switch all the armors in between visible and invisible in my laggy armor workbench, also you can't wear underarmors under said outfits armorsmith or no. Thanks, Wuique

I was trying to load a vanilla save so I created a new profile and switched to it, but when I attempted to load my vanilla save I noticed that my character had the rusty face glitch and a strange deformed version of a body mod that I didn't even have enabled before I switched to the profile, and there could possibly be more but I stopped playing as soon as I noticed that. Can anyone explain whats going on? I can elaborate or provide pictures if necessary.

Well you can get the blue shawl from a mod called "crimsomrider's accessories" and you can use the under helmet flight cap from armorsmith extended and the vanilla wraparound goggles for the other items.
